We don’t ever compromise on quality and customer satisfaction. We gladly accept returns or exchanges.
Unfortunately, If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The customer is also entitled for refund/return, in the following cases
- Wrong product received by the customer
- Products have some defects (point no 9 will be applied on it)
- Product damaged in shipping (you can get an exchange free of cost or if you want a refund on this contact us on our given email)

- Please Note: Change of mind is not applicable.

- If order cancelled (or refunded) by the customer due to any reason customer have to bear the service fee of 20%.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

When Expect the Refund?
If you are approved for the refund, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, You can see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
Exchange: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@leatherstoreworld.com and wait for our reply we will send you the address where you send your item back for exchange.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
